story points not visible and not counted for in Report view (Jira Greenhopper)

Hey everybody,

My team uses Jira Greenhopper (scrum view) for our sprint planning/progress. I run into the following issue. Story points of some user stories are not visible within the Report view of the current (or past) sprint. Next to that the story points are not added to the total amount of the sprint. While the stories themselves actually do have story points, which are visible within the detail view of the stories.

Any tips, suggestions or help?

Hi Martin,

If you have added the story points after the sprint started, it won't show in the sprint report, also note that if you change the story points during the 'actual' start of the sprint and the 'planned' start of the sprint, this will affect some story points to reset to 'zero' per this bug here:

That is exactly what happened. Still I would like to take the story points into account, is there a way to correct that? Besides editing the starting date of the sprint?

Hi Marten,

You can chabge the starting date/time for your sprint in time earlier than when you have added the story points. But if this sprint is closed, that might be a bit tricky because you might change some values manually in the DB.
