Problem in Client application configuration for Confbox

I want configure confbox client Give an error message as 'Client cann't connect to server. Check your connection setting. The base URL is http://:port/confluence Confluence listening 8090 port. How I resolve this problem... please help.

The base URL is http://:port/confluence Confluence listening 8090 port.

I believe you tried to type: http://YOUR_INSTANCE_ADDRESS:port/confluence

Am I right?

Some reasons that might cause this problem is:

1 - There is a firewall or antivirus dropping the connections.

2 - The Confluence's address is wrong.

Could you please check the points that I mentioned?
