Export more than 1000 issues to Excel

Hi,

I need to grant to some group of users to export more than 1000 issues to Excel.

I find that I need to set these parameters in jira-config.properties in JIRA_HOME:

jira.search.views.default.max = 2000

jira.search.views.max.limit = 2000

jira.search.views.max.unlimited.group = AdminDescargaMasivaExcel

I logged in Jira with some user in AdminDescargaMasivaExcel group and I'm trying to export more than 1000 issues to Excel but it doesn't work. The Excel remains with 1000 rows maximum.

What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I'm using authentication with LDAP. That group is internal of JIRA.

Are you using any External Directory on JIRA?
