Is there any way to display a list of all attachments of all spaces/pages.
We would like to view all attachments per space and all attachments over all pages in confluence?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
You should be able to get a list of all attachments from your Browse > Space Admin > Attachments page or by visiting the following URL
http://<base_url>/spaces/listattachmentsforspace.action?key=<space_key>
This will provide you with a list of attachments as well as the pages where they are attached. The only downside here is that you will need Administrator priviliges on the Space you wish to view them
not sure if this has changed since 2012, but now it's Browse > Space Operations > Attachments (in documentatoin theme) OR space tools > content tools > attachments (in global theme)

Unfortunately, this is per space, and does not allow viewing of all attachment across confluence. Not very reasonable if you have a plethora of spaces.

Confluence Command Line Interface can be used. See How to get a list of all attachments

in the meantime: do we have a (new) solution for this?
could be like:
Type In: space key A, space key B, space key C and getting displayed the attachment-list from A to C. If that works already, pls. give me a short notice in that.
Thx

You can probably do something similar via database queries. The ATTACHMENTS table should be the first one to look at. After that, you can use the SQL plugin to display the results on a Confluence page.

Hi Warren,
All attachemnts in a space you can view by going to Browse > Attachements..
If you want to view some specific attachement from some spaces then you can use Attachements macro..
But all pages in confluence.. Unfortunately I think it is not possible to achieve.. Every user have only access to the attachments that he can view based on restrictions and permissions. However if you are an administrator and have access to the system then you can view the on the server or look into database depends on how you store your attachments..
I hope that will help,
Regards,
Mirek
