Chances of AlmWorks Structure to be enabled in JIRA Studio?

Jens Utech September 8, 2011

Hi,

Morgan Friberg just did an interesting blog post introducting ALMWorks Structure (http://blogs.atlassian.com/news/2011/09/video_hierarchy_in_jira_with_the_structure_plugin.html)

This looks like a really strong product and would help me getting rid of some complex spreadsheets we are currently maintaining outside of JIRA - and thus enabling our organisation to go into Jira Studio (we are currently licensed for the standard JIRA/Confluence/Bamboo/Fisheye/Crowd stack in-house)

Two questions really:

a) Any chance this might be included as a generally available option in JIRA Studio?

b) Would Atlassian Support entertain the notion of installing this into a JIRA Studio instance as a one-off?

Thanks

Jens

Currently, there is no plan to include this plugin in JIRA Studio. You can still keep an eye on https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-3705 to keep track on any progress.

Atlassian could not install a plugin as a one-off since we need to verify its compatibility and bundle it in all JIRA Studio platforms. See http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRASTUDIO/JIRA+Studio+Plugin+Policy for more information.
