difference between deactivating users VS removing user from the enterprise account ?

Hi Trello team,

I would like to understand the differing between the deactivating user and removing use from the enterprise account .

Can claim back the user once it removed from the enterprise account if yes how ?

A deactivated user should never count toward your licenses.

The reason we keep a deactivated user is for history purposes and also to don't break any subscriptions if any user his/her name.

Hi, @Pranesh Pokale. I agree with @Fadoua if we are talking about Jira. After all, you posted your question in the Jira/Questions group.

However, your salutation says, "Hi Trello team."

Is your question about Trello or Jira? The answer might be different, and the link to the related documentation would be different if we were talking about Trello.

@Pranesh Pokale  if you can please confirm if this is about Trello or Jira? You posted the question in Jira which is not a big problem it can be moved .
