So, for example, when working in Spain in trello in Spanish, can work in England at the same time in the same board but in English?

Yes that is possible! Trello is currently available in over 20 languages, and that includes Spanish and English. For more languages, please see here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/changing-your-language-in-trello/
