what is Atlassian strategy to adopt chatgpt ? especial using Retrieval Augmented Generation model on knowledge base like JIRA and Confluence ?

Hello Scott - Within our program management office, there's a tendency to think that a tool, whether it's creating the perfect jira dashboard and/or making sure all the fields are filled out for a feature, is the answer to our problems. In reality, the problem is that we're not taking the time to identify the problem to be solved and that we don't see tooling as a means to unlock what's blocking us. What's your philosophy? How should we shape our discussions around tooling?
