Hi @dusa navin,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

The free version of Jira will always be free for 10 users, you have an option when you sign up for it that you get access to the standard version for the first 30 days as outlined in this FAQ

Hello @dusa navin

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You can have a Free subscription for 10 or fewer users for as long as you like. You may have signed up initially for a trial that lasts for 30 days. You should receive emails and warnings through the UI if the site is about to expire and be deactivated. At that time you should have a method to indicate you want to continue to use it under the free subscription.

It has been a long time since I started a Free site so I don't recall exactly what those warnings and screens will look like.

Note that you do have to make sure that you at least login to the site periodically. If there is no activity in the site for an extended period of time, then Atlassian will deactivate and eventually delete the product/site. The Technical and Billing contacts for the site should receive emails if the site is at risk of being deactivated. Refer to
