Customers and "You don't have permission to access this service project."

Robin Shaw April 26, 2024

I have my email requests setup to generate an issue when someone emails my support account.

I do not need these users to be "customers" i just need the emails to create issues.

So if the email hits "support@blahblah.com" it will then create an issue that i can then use in the board, with the "reporters" email quoted somewhere.

Is this possible? do they have to be a customer? Otherwise i would have to create 100s of customers which is something i do not need.

Thanks

Ultimately yes, they need to be a customer. You could set up your project to be open, which would result in the customer being added when they send in their first email to create an issue.

Thanks for the reply. This does not appear to be working for me. I have it setup as "Open"
