Hello Atlassian Team,
We use jira-importers-plugin and help companies transfer their data from over 50 different systems to Jira.
Right now it's a pain.
The plugin doesn't allow sending requests in parallel.
So, our (and your) clients need to wait days to start using Jira with all their data.
Could add someone to this thread who can help us and resolve this problem?
Thank you in advance!
Huge thanks for helping so many customers move to Jira!
I'd like to see what we can do to help. Are you moving customers from the 50+ systems into Jira Server, Jira Cloud or both?
Hello Jason,
Thank you for your reply!
We migrate to Jira Server, Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management.
Here is the ticket we opened https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-7144

Hi @Medhat Ahmed ,
For this particular community thread, the method of migration uses a more generic format in terms of CSV or JSON to move data. Its very flexible and so it works well importing from any system in to Jira - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/
Specifically for Server to Cloud migration steps, we have a whole section on the topic - https://www.atlassian.com/migration/plan/cloud-guide#atlassian-team
