Forge for Bitbucket Cloud is officially GA

Hi all - just a quick note to announce that Forge for Bitbucket Cloud is officially in GA.

To be clear... this is not the end... this is just the beginning!

With Forge for Bitbucket Cloud officially in GA, we're zeroing in on the next set of exciting capabilities we're going to be bringing to Bitbucket Cloud, powered by Forge like Custom Merge Checks, Dynamic Pipelines, and more.

Hello @Edmund Munday, how can we install "Forge" plugin for bitbucket cloud and is it free or paid? We don't see it on Atlassian Marketplace.

Hi @Dhruv Kakadiya,

Forge is not an app per se, it is a developer platform allowing you and your team to create in a very simple and fast way customization for Bitbucket like Custom Merge Checks, apps and soon Dynamic pipelines.

Forge apps are free to install and run, they are included in every Bitbucket plan.

We have 2 apps with complete repository that can be cloned, installed and used right away here: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/example-apps-bitbucket

And then you can make them fit your specific use case or use them as a starting point for other apps.
