I am a Relationship Coach, focusing on "relationship skills" - such as shifting from negative to positive emotions to take action and move the projects and relationships forward that you care about, all kinds of relationship skills such as "intentional connection to others (i.e. looking at them, listening not rehearsing what you want to say), building confidence and valuing yourself/kinder self-talk, and more...

I work with people on how they can recognize the ways they sabotage themselves in their relationships so they are satisfied and fulfilled in their life, whether it's love, family, work, or community/life.
