MS Login not working issue with addon

I am using Microsoft Excel+ for Confluence and am experiencing the following problem.

I contacted the company, but was told it was an embed error and received no action, so I'm asking here.

1. Click the Microsoft login button 
2. A pop-up saying that you have logged in appears and disappears.
3. However, the window does not change on the login screen.
4. The same thing happens even if you refresh, clear the cache, or reopen the browser.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me what settings I need to change to solve this problem.

Did you asked Atlassian support or vendor support about that?

I made an inquiry and received a reply that it seemed to be an embed error.

However, the company could not immediately provide a solution.

I couldn't wait, so I posted an inquiry hoping to see if anyone had experienced a similar problem and solved it.
