Invitation is not actually sending the email to designated user

I'm trying to add a user to my bitbucket by invitation but the email is not being received by the recipient.
The user was earlier added and got deleted accidentally and since then I could not invite the user to the platform.

Please help

To begin, can you please confirm if there are any pending invitations when you navigate to workspace settings and click on User Groups? If there are no pending invitations, you can re-invite the user by clicking on "Add members" and inputting the user's full email address and group. Then, select "confirm" to send the invitation.

Please ask the user to check their mailbox, spam folder, or any other folder in case the email was redirected. They should open the invite link and accept the invitation.
