Does -Dbamboo.delete.remote.agents.on.going.offline=true work?

Udo Hagemann _Decadis AG_ May 8, 2024

Hi,

How to configure Bamboo to automatically delete offline remote agents | Bamboo | Atlassian Documentation informs about a new system property to automatically remove agents entering offline state. On a test 9.6.2 instance with JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS containing "-Dbamboo.delete.remote.agents.on.going.offline=true", offline agents are still present after hours.

Has anyone successfully configured this feature?

Kind regards!

Hello @Udo Hagemann _Decadis AG_

We detected that the latest Bamboo release was missing the "-Dbamboo.delete.remote.agents.on.going.offline=true" feature. However, we've rectified this and the feature should be included in the upcoming releases 9.6.3 and 10.0.0.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Thank you and kind regards,

Eduardo Alvarenga
