I work for a university research center and have been using Jira/Crucible/Crowd/Fisheye/Bamboo for more than a decade. I have a small Bamboo installation on an air-gapped network. I want to renew the license, but now it appears I move to data center. Not a problem. I am filling out an invoice for a new data center license of the same size to replace the old one, but I don't see the usual "academic pricing" box. I've been reading through the academic pricing article and Bamboo isn't mentioned as a product with a discount. Is Bamboo no longer part of the program?
Hello Mark,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
As per Bamboo Licensing I can see Bamboo Data center does provide Academic License, see below
If you are having any trouble in generating the right quote, I think contacting the Billing and Licensing team would be the right step to get this addressed.

Hello,
It's possible that Bamboo might have changed its eligibility for academic pricing or that there are updates to the program that affect how licensing works. I recommend reaching out directly to Atlassian support or sales to inquire about academic mgh patient portal pricing specifically for Bamboo. They can provide the most accurate and up to date information regarding licensing options for your university research center.
