Hi @chaitanaya d 

  • Go to your project > project settings
  • SLAs > Locate your SLA and delete it

Do the above only if you don't want the SLA to be visible anymore. If you don't want to be active on certain issue types, then change the corresponding JQL. Please read more here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-service-level-agreements-slas/

@chaitanaya d if you want to pause SLA when you can add your condition in the corresponding box:

pause sla.png

If you want to reset your SLAs then you have to readjust your rules accordingly.

Hi @chaitanaya d 

I can't help but suggest the easiest reset option I've seen — with the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on. There, it is possible to simply activate the Reset SLA condition immediately in the SLA Configuration.

The application was developed by my team, so for an objective assessment, it is better for you to try it yourself with a 30-day trial. You may find more advantages in it than just a simple reset.

You can't. SLA is valid for all issues. If you want to stop the sla for this issue, or reset it, you need to create a rule in your SLA to restart when you reopen the issue or something similar.
