Can I confirm what the issue is here? Have you forgotten your password, or has your site been deactivated?

If it has been deactivated, you might be able to reactivate it depending on the timeframe.

You could try reactivating the product from https://admin.atlassian.com/ - see these instructions

Alternatively, you could try contacting Atlassian:

• Go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
• Select My Account
• Click the blue button to go to the next page
• Then select Reactivate Subscription
• Fill in the URL and text box, then press Submit
