When I try to add an organization, I type the organization name, then press the "add" button.  But I get the error:

> We're having trouble. Check your connection and try again.

Is this an expected error? Am I doing something wrong?

I see a few others with this problem, but no solutions yet:

Cannot add organization (atlassian.com)

It looks like I should either restart by browser (didn't work), or I should check with other admins to see if they are having the problem -- I'll do that.  Since I see this is quite common, I think I will close this issue for now and open a support case if I still can't figure it out.

Hi @Walter Lopatka I'm not sure what would cause this.  I created a support ticket on your behalf over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/48/PCS-285546

Thank you, just getting started with managing JSM, didn't know which path to take for support.
